This tool is provided by Elif Hiz (elifhiz.com) to help marketers prepare for salary negotiations.
What we collect:
We collect the role information you enter into this tool (job title, specialization, location, years of experience) and your current salary if you choose to provide it. If you choose to email yourself your scripts, we also collect your email address.
How we use it:
Your role and salary data is stored anonymously and in aggregate to help us improve salary benchmarks over time. Your email address is used only to send you the scripts you requested. We do not use it to add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
What we don't do:
We do not sell your data. We do not share individual data with third parties. We do not store your email address beyond what is needed to deliver your scripts.
Your rights:
You can request deletion of any data associated with your email address by contacting hello@elifhiz.com
This tool uses Supabase for anonymous data storage and EmailJS for email delivery.
